I'm Toni, an accomplished healthcare professional, holding a Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice. Licensed in 39 states, I have certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) from AANP and ANCC. My educational journey encompasses a Master's in Nursing (FNP) and a Bachelor's in Nursing. Additionally, I have diverse training, including ADN, LPN, and MA, providing me with a comprehensive foundation in healthcare.
I love working with adult patients, in all areas of mental health. I have a broad range of experience and can manage various concerns. I look forward to working with you and start a path towards remission.
Arlene PA-C
Arlene is a Board-certified Physician Assistant and Clinical Temperament Counselor with specialization in Behavioral Health Counseling and Primary/Acute Care. She holds a national Surgical Assistant Certification with specialty training in Neurosurgery, Plastics/Reconstruction, General Surgery, and Orthopedics are among her specialties.
Other specialties include Medical Nutrition Therapy, Blood-Type Specific Nutrition Counseling, Diabetes Nutrition Counseling, emperament Career Counseling, and anxiety and depression. Arlene sees medical patients and therapy clients in Flordia and Virgina.
Her passion in her field of healthcare has privileged to serve in patient care for close to two decades. Her commitment to educating patients learn how to master and transform their physical, mental, and spiritual health by holistically addressing the needs of her patients instead of solely focusing on individual organ systems.

Laurie FNP-C, PMHNP-BC has over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Laurie's medical background includes sub-acute care, Long-term care, case management, nursing clinical director, and wound care management. Seeing the need for more specialized training in mental health, Laurie went back to earn her PMHNP credentials.
Laurie is committed to providing quality care and improving patients quality of life by utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to all areas of healthcare and looks forward to meeting you and helping gain relief from the stress of mental health disorders.

My background starts with being a registered nurse with 23+ years of direct patient care experience in a variety of settings including hospital and community outpatient areas. I am in my last month of PMHNPC rotations. I desire to create with you a holistic and team approach to your treatment plan with an active role in wellness promotion. My areas of clinical experience include oncology (outpatient and inpatient experience), labor & delivery, mother/baby and newborn nursery, med/surg and medical telemetry acute care settings. Dr. Ian practices in his specialized fields of General Psychiatry, Neuropsychopharmacology, and Neuroimaging. He treats patients using a combination of medication and/or supplements and sees his patients in the Reston, VA clinic as well as remotely via telepsychiatry. He treats mood disorders including bipolar disorder and depression, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficient Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), & Impulse Control Disorders.
He also treats disorders of the nervous system including Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
